Slow flow is a great option for beginners, and for good reason:
It moves at a manageable, deliberate pace, giving you plenty of time to sink into deeper poses. Your heart rate stays nice and low, and the instructor offers plenty of cues to help you tune into your positioning and muscles.

Dance Fit by definition refers to a category of dance all on its own. Unlike a traditional dance class where you learn specific steps or choreography, dance fitness is all about getting a sweat on and having fun while moving your body.
A one-on-one private class with Jo will ensure that you have her full attention to experience a tailored session to your specific needs and goals, allowing for deeper exploration and focused practice.
You'll have the opportunity to delve deeper into specific areas of your practice, whether it's improving flexibility, building strength, or working on specific poses or sequences.
You can choose a Yoga session or a Pilates session.
